SiteToday is a website building service operated by a sole trader based in Norfolk, United Kingdom. By placing an order with SiteToday you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you have any questions before purchasing, please contact us at sitetoday@mail.com.
When you place an order with SiteToday, you are purchasing a professionally built website for your business. This includes:
Your website will be hosted at a URL in the format yoursite.vercel.app. The exact subdomain is assigned by SiteToday and we cannot guarantee it will exactly match your business name.
Custom domain registration (e.g. yourbusiness.co.uk) is not included and must be purchased separately from a domain registrar such as IONOS. Connection of a custom domain to your site is provided free of charge on request.
The exact design, layout and copy of your site is determined by SiteToday based on the information you provide at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to make reasonable creative decisions in the production of your website.
By placing an order, you confirm that any logos, images, text or other content you provide to us is owned by you or that you have the right to use it. SiteToday accepts no liability for any third-party intellectual property infringement arising from content supplied by the customer.
SiteToday makes no guarantee that your website will appear in search engine results or achieve any particular position in search rankings.
The price for a SiteToday website is £99 (one-time payment). This price includes VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store your card details. Full payment is required before work begins.
SiteToday reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Any price change will not affect orders already placed.
We aim to deliver your completed website the same working day as your order. Orders placed late in the evening or over weekends may be delivered the following working day.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control — including technical issues, high order volumes, or incomplete information provided at the time of order — may affect delivery time.
Your website will be delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within 24 hours of ordering.
If you have not received your website within 2 working days of ordering, please contact us at sitetoday@mail.com.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason.
However, by ticking the confirmation box at the time of ordering, you expressly request that we begin work on your website immediately and acknowledge that by doing so you waive your 14-day right to cancel once work has commenced.
If you wish to cancel your order before work has commenced, please contact us immediately at sitetoday@mail.com. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests received before delivery has begun, and will issue a full refund in such cases.
Once your website has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds. If you are unhappy with the result, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.
After your website has been delivered, you may request changes by replying to your delivery email. Edits are charged at a flat fee of £25 per round of changes, regardless of how many individual changes are included in that round.
Each round of edits covers up to one hour of work, as determined solely by SiteToday. Where the changes requested exceed one hour of work, SiteToday will inform you and provide a separate quote for the additional work before proceeding.
We ask that you compile all your requested changes into a single list before sending. Each new email requesting further changes constitutes a new round of edits and will be charged accordingly.
Edit requests are carried out on working days. We aim to complete edits the same working day they are received.
Upon delivery of your website and receipt of full payment, you own the website and all its content. There is no ongoing subscription, licence fee or lock-in.
You are free to move your website to any hosting provider at any time. SiteToday retains no rights over your website following delivery.
SiteToday may use your website as a portfolio example unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
SiteToday will use reasonable skill and care in producing your website. However, we do not guarantee that your website will generate any particular level of business, traffic or revenue.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information you provide at the time of ordering. It is your responsibility to review your website upon delivery and request corrections where needed.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order (£99).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
SiteToday reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Where an order is cancelled by SiteToday before delivery, a full refund will be issued.
